Cancellation / Termination Of Service:
Any of our subscription plans can be cancelled by visiting your user account, clicking on the ‘Subscriptions‘ tab, then selecting the subscription that needs to be cancelled. Simply click the ‘Cancel‘ button. Our Admin team will notify you by email, once the plan has been cancelled. This can take up to 24 hours to process. Any listings associated with this plan, will expire.
Alternatively, subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting our accounts team, using the form on this page. We will need to confirm this by contacting you via any of your details on record, before cancelling your subscription. This process may take longer than the method outlined above.
If you feel that you have been billed unfairly for any of the services offered by phonebook.com.au then please contact our accounts team via the form on this page. We will work to resolve your dispute quickly and refund any payments deemed to be ‘unfair’ in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

(a) Subscriptions: Price as stated on phonebook.com.au at the time of purchase of the subscription. Price remains locked in as long as subscription is kept current. All payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the nominated billing cycle. All monthly payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the monthly billing cycle. Payments are automatically deducted from the account on file each billing cycle, unless I cancel my account.
4) Length of Contract: This Agreement is valid up to and until I cancel my account.
5) Billing: In the event that a payment is due on my subscription, but my credit card on file in no longer valid or active, phonebook.com.au may attempt to contact me to determine updated account information. phonebook.com.au will wait thirty (30) days before cancelling my subscription.
6) Termination: I may request termination of this agreement at any time. Termination will take effect upon the end of the last day of my billing cycle. phonebook.com.au may terminate this agreement at will. In the event phonebook.com.au terminates this agreement early, and I am not in violation of any term of this Agreement, I will receive a prorated reimbursement for the portion of the billing cycle remaining.
